For organizers
Putting an event on INVOLVO — your organization’s own, or one you found — then handling the people who sign up, the door on the day, and what you learn afterwards.
Publishing
There are two ways an event gets on INVOLVO, and they behave differently. If you are part of the organization running it, you publish it yourself and it appears straight away. If you are not, you share an event you found and it goes to review first.
Running it
Applications and participants covers the two stages organizers most often conflate — deciding on applicants, then getting the people you accepted to confirm. Check-in day is the practical guide to the door. Feedback and analytics is what you get back afterwards.
Limits
What your organization can do — participants per event, how often you can message followers — depends on its plan. See Plans and limits.
